The company

AIPEX acts as regional counsel for multi-nationals and other corporates who are looking for a solution to the problems of developing and managing intellectual property portfolios in the multi-jurisdictional landscape of contemporary Europe. AIPEX provides a single point of entry to European countries for them.

Key operational responsibilities
The main purpose of your role is to learn and arrange all administrative aspects for our clients’ portfolios. You will work closely with the IP Portfolio Manager, IP Portfolio Paralegal and the Executive Secretary.

• Learn about intellectual property and our AIPEX internal procedures
• Keep track of email traffic and physical correspondence
• Create and work in dockets in our Document Management System
• Prepare and send invoices to our clients
• Monitor deadlines and due dates
• Maintain contact with colleagues in Europe and clients all over the world

Experience & Skills
• You have an administrative background and administrative experience
• You are highly proficient in verbal and written English as day to day work duties will be carried out in English
• You are eager to learn new skills
• You show initiative and you are pro-active
• You have the desire to deliver exceptional client service
• You are committed for minimum 36 hours per week
