We would like to congratulate Henri Bourgeois, partner of Germain Maureau, on being elected by the new board as president of EPLIT - European Patent Litigators Association during the General Assembly held on the May 26, 2023 in Paris.
EPLIT is the association of European patent attorneys who are qualified to act before the Unified Patent Court (UPC) & is also open to other professionals involved in patent litigation in Europe, and to non-European practitioners interested in the Unified Patent Court.
The association brings together nearly 200 professionals from more than 15 countries.
We would like to wish him and all newly elected members of the EPLIT Bureau success in their new roles ahead.
